Looks like you had a great weekend. The beach sounds great ... I would kill to be on the beach right now. And I agree - sometimes you have to get busy living instead of capturing it.

Hi Lori
ReplyDeletewhat a delightful glimpse at your weekend. I love the seagull watching the waves roll in...it is superb...were you lying down?
Happy days
hi delwyn,
ReplyDeletethank you so much! i like that photo too, i was only sitting for that shot. i think i was on a lower rock though. it was taken with a 300mm lens with a doubler. i have to use a longer lens for surf photos.
What a great weekend you had, I can feel the warmth and love of family and the risotto sounds wonderful!
ReplyDeleteComing here is always like taking a deep breath, Lori! What a great place you live in!! I love the beach! And I love the desert... Nice you get to live to close to both of them!! Love, Silke
ReplyDeleteLori, hi
ReplyDeleteI just drove through SB the other day, all the way to Laguna Beach where I had a book event. Life is so beautiful down that way and you've captured it here in your photos and what you do. Missing that sunshine and water already (took a swim at 6am one day). Many blessings to you and yours. Romney
