my sweet embraceable you

sorting through the farmer's market bounty i bought last night after work, i needed some carrots to add to a cauliflower bisque i was planning to make for dinner, when i spotted this...

which just goes to prove...every living thing needs love. even carrots.

    emily is squeaking and squealing with her own version of delight.

    i like the menu from last night.

    here's to loved filled weekend, lori, my dearest friend who waits for me when i lag on those 12 mile hikes and lends me money to buy lavender at street fairs. (and who is a great friend in all wonderful and wonderous ways) :)
